Ellen Lighting & Hardware strives to give the very best Customer Service and most competitive pricing in the industry. There is no way for Ellen Lighting to stock every light fixture that a customer may choose and therefore will need to be ordered. Please note: the warranty for items purchased at Ellen Lighting are the sole responsibility of the Manufacturer of the item purchased.

With my payment, I understand the following policies of Ellen Lighting & Hardware:

- A 2.5% credit card will be applied to payments over $5000.00.

- Special Order items can only be returned if the item is uninstalled and in it's original packaging. 35% Restocking/Cancellation Fee will be applied to any refund or exchange. Cancelations must be requested within 24 hours of payment. This is due to the Manufacturer's charge to Ellen Lighting for sending this item back to their facility once the item has shipped. No installed items will be returnable unless Manufacturer (not Ellen Lighting) approves for warranty issue.

- Special Order items usually take 2-3 weeks delivery as long as the Manufacturer has it in stock. There are many different reasons why this may take longer and is beyond Ellen Lighting's control.

- All Showroom Display items are FINAL SALE ONLY - No returns or credit/exchanges available!!!

- Estimates are good for 7 days from issue date. Price increases may occur without notice.

- Ceiling fan installation/labor is not covered under Manufacturer or Ellen Lighting warranty. Meaning, if an Ellen Lighting Professional Installer does not install the fan originally, the builder/homeowner will have to pay in full before an Ellen Lighting Professional installer will come out to inspect/repair the problem. If proven to be a legitimate Manufacturer's Warranty issue, Credits may be given only by Manufacturer's approval.
